Job Title: Administrator- Construction
Location: Belfast- BT3
Salary and Benefits: Salary £26k- £27k per annum
Hours of work: Hours of work: Mon – Thurs 9am – 5pm Fri 9am – 2pm (can be flexible)

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful Construction business in Belfast. Due to an increased work load they are seeking a Construction Administrator to join the team.
The Right role:
* Manage contract paperwork, sales, and orders using our ERP system
* Create and maintain contract files, issue operative contracts, and record holidays
* Assemble Health & Safety files and provide general office support
* Handle incoming calls and assist with admin tasks for the team
* Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards
* Handle incoming calls, emails and assist with admin tasks for the team
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, company processes and quality standards
* Booking of training courses and events.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of construction industry admin experience
* Solid background in a busy office environment
* Experience with ERP system (Desirable)
* Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
