Base pay range
Hours ~ Tues - Sat 9:30 - 18:00 but must be flexible and work occasional evenings
Pay Rate ~ Between £15.00 and £17.50
Live Date ~ ASAP
Working with ~ Site Management & Pertemps Colleagues
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Chilled Warehouse centre environment.
* Strong skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Sound knowledge of people management.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all agency warehouse activities on the Day/Night shift.
* Cross fertilisation of working with Pertemps and client support.
* Ensure all relevant H&S PPE is being worn correctly.
* Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all agency warehouse employees.
* Coordinate and support other departments to fulfil orders, resolve issues, and maintain seamless communication and workflow.
* Ensure fulfilment is achieved on a shift-by-shift basis. Ensuring a working rota is completed and followed in conjunction with Client/Pertemps requirements.
