I am looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a contractor in Bristol. The Maintenance Supervisor will be overseeing voids and repair works on social housing contracts. This is a permanent role with a van included.
Duties of the role:
1. Day to day management of domestic refurb works in various site locations
2. Visiting properties, scoping works
3. Arranging and managing trades on site
4. H&S on site
5. Toolbox talks and regular site meetings
What is required for the Maintenance Supervisor:
6. Building related qualification – NVQ, HNC or equivalent
7. Excellent H&S and building knowledge.
8. Strong CDM experience
9. Strong people management skills
