We are seeking an accomplished B2B Sales Director to lead our global Mobility & Experiences (M&E) sales organization, covering Account Management and Business Development across three verticals : Transfers, Car Rental, and Experiences. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and inspiring high-performing teams across multiple regions and sales cycles. The ideal candidate combines B2B strategic vision with hands-on execution, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners while leveraging data-driven insights to scale sustainable business growth. You will shape the future of M&E sales structure and position the business internally and externally as a Senior Leader, creating industry growth impact in subsequent years.,

* Define and execute the global B2B sales strategy for the M&E portfolio to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Lead, mentor, and scale an international team across Account Management and Business Development.
* Develop B2B go-to-market plans, optimize sales processes, and align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
* Anticipate industry trends and position the business to capture emerging opportunities.
Teams Management (Critical Focus)
* Build and nurture a high-performing, globally distributed B2B sales team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and continuous development.
* Manage a mix of experienced and developing talent, raising the bar on capabilities and delivery standards.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and performance excellence across regions and functions.
* Drive engagement and retention through strong leadership and vision.
Business Growth & Client Engagement
* Drive new B2B business development and negotiate high-value commercial agreements globally.
* Strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a senior point of contact.
* Represent the company at senior-level industry events and forums worldwide.
* Understand client needs and challenges to pivot M&E value proposition.
Performance & Execution
* Deliver against global revenue and margin targets, ensuring sustainable profitability.
* Foster a data-driven culture using analytics for pipeline management, forecasting, and decision-making.
* Design account-specific business plans to maximize client value and incremental volume.

Bachelor's degree or similar is required. MBA or advanced business studies are highly valued.
* 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, preferably in travel arrangements B2B (mobility, experiences, or related sectors).
* Proven track record of leading and scaling international B2B sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong experience in both Account Management and New Business Development, with performance-driven mindset.
* Exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities; comfortable using data to guide decisions.
* Strong proven negotiation and relationship management skills, influencing senior stakeholders.
* Highly agile, with bias for action and fast execution in complex, constantly changing environments.
* Excellent communication and cross-cultural leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, monitor continuous ramp-up, and ensure ongoing capability development.
* Knowledge of travel distribution and revenue management is a plus.
* B2B SaaS experience is considered an added value.
* International travel required (approximately 50%) for client engagement and team leadership.
