One of the UK's leading vehicle warranty companies is currently expanding and needs to increase its business support administration department. Based in our Perth office, the successful candidate will preferably have an administrative and accounts background and can work in a fast-paced working environment and work as part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
· Assist the account managers with credit control of motor dealers
· Help produce and administer marketing campaigns and delivery fulfilment
· Handle and distribute a wide range of logistics
· Over see and manage the warranty system and ensure dealers are set up accordingly
· Answer all enquiries in an efficient and expedient manor, maintaining a professional service at all times
· Issue claims payments to repairing garages and customers in a timely fashion
· Liaise with the operations manager in handling complaints in line with the FOS
· Deputize for the Directors PA in their absence
The immediate start will work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9-5
