Job Summary: The role of the scheduler is to assist the Network Manager in producing schedules for use by multiple depots across our Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a duties and rosters that meet the requirements of the business and the Trade Union. Responsibilities: • Produce duties and rosters for Network changes • Ensure all data input onto scheduling system is correct • Monitor and report on efficiency of duties and rosters • Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as required • Assist in the production of reports and documents as required for depots and internal and external systems. Qualifications: • Excellent organisational skills • Highly numerate with good attention to detail • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Experience using scheduling software would be advantageous • Ability to work accurately under pressure • Able to work on own initiative • Good communication skills
