The Mission We are actively sourcing an elite clinical specialist for the highly sought-after position of VIP Yacht Nurse. This role is entirely dedicated to providing exceptional, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. You will transition from high-pressure hospital environments to a state-of-the-art superyacht, cruising exclusively throughout the Mediterranean. Your luxury maritime itinerary will feature the world's most pristine anchorages, seamlessly moving between the elegance of Monaco, the exclusive marinas of Marbella, and the historic beauty of the Greek Islands.
The Team You will operate within a sophisticated, self-contained medical ecosystem designed for ultra-high-net-worth healthcare. Clinical oversight is directed by a Lead British Doctor, and you will work in close, daily collaboration with dedicated Physiotherapists and a highly responsive, Western-trained nursing team.
The Safety Delivering flawless concierge medicine requires continuous support and sharp clinical focus. To ensure absolute patient safety and eliminate practitioner fatigue, we operate under a strict double-nurse shift system. You will never be on duty alone; a highly experienced clinical peer will always be working by your side.
Requirements
The Requirements
* Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
* Clinical Background: A minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-acuity Acute Care experience (ICU / ER / A&E).
* Language Proficiency: Native or C1 fluency in English.
* Professional Attributes: Unwavering clinical excellence, supreme adaptability, and the highest standards of discretion.
