You’ll have practical experience in building maintenance or facilities work, be confident inspecting communal areas, identifying issues, and ensuring repairs are completed quickly and to the right standard. You’ll be well-organised, comfortable coordinating contractors on site, and able to keep good records to support safety and compliance.Just as important, you’ll be someone who communicates clearly and respectfully with residents, understands the importance of safeguarding, and builds strong working relationships with our service teams and partners. Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (5 Days)Contract: Fixed Term / Secondment (2 years) Salary: £37,280 - £41,771 per annum (City Pay Band 5), pro rata for part time.Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home.
