SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an excellent client of ours based in Burton. This is a great role, offering a lot of variety and also joining a lovely team! The role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday in the office, 9-5pm. There is free parking on site.
This role is a key role for the business, being first point of contact and putting the customer first at all times. The company have long-standing, repeat customers and so although its a smaller team, it's really important to ensure an end to end smooth process for all customers.
Responsibilities
* Processing orders on our in-house management system
* Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and scheduling of orders
* Updating customer stock sheets
* Arranging call offs from stock
* Communicating with the Production Team and Account Managers
* Organising proofing and following the process through to the final printed product
* Occasional face to face meetings with customers
* General filing within the department
Qualifications
The successful candidate for this role should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise their own workload. In addition, you should have a strong administration background with the ability to pick up new systems.
