Location: Primary schools in the S10 area (Sheffield)
Salary: £120–£180 per day (depending on experience and pay scale)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term or permanent
Start Date: September 2025 or earlier
About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic FS2 Class Teacher to join a warm and supportive early years team in one of our partner primary schools in the S10 area. You will play a vital role in creating a positive, playful, and stimulating learning environment that supports each child’s development during this important early stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative EYFS curriculum activities
Support the development of children’s early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space
Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support each child’s progress
Observe, track, and report on pupil development and achievements
Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years/Foundation Stage
A thorough understanding of the EYFS Framework
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
The ability to inspire curiosity and a love of learning in young children
Commitment to providing the highest standard of care and education
