We’re hiring for an Administrator to join a creative and close-knit business based in Cheadle, Stockport.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
* Managing the inbox and responding to customer enquiries
* Handling orders, repairs, invoices and website queries
* Providing high-quality customer service via phone and email
* Supporting with paperwork and general admin tasks
* Managing and updating stock records
* Checking quality and details of incoming items
* Coordinating internally to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
What will you need?
* Previous experience in an admin or customer service role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Office 365)
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
