Job Description:
The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by Managing Director Mark Smith, HACS has built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects up to £20m.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team due to increased workload. This is a permanent position managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from pre-construction to on-site management, overseeing internal staff and subcontractors, health and safety, work scheduling, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of site management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong focus on quality, with a history of repeat business
* Successful people management skills and excellent communication abilities
* Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
