* Input information onto our insurance broking system
* Manage telephone calls both inbound and outbound
* Support project delivery
* Issue reports and key insurance documents
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and suppliers
Person Specification
* Good standard of general education and literacy
* Insurance experience and willingness to be flexible, learn and progress
* Attention to detail with good self-management skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Reliable and supportive team player
* Confident user of IT applications including a good working knowledge of MS365 (Outlook, Word etc.)
