The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This role involves managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all of which require a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and possesses strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role ensures the team can support clients across all media globally. It requires a high level of competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, and communication with Commercial/Project Managers and team leaders are essential to maintain quality and timeliness.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various departments, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an efficient environment
* Understand client challenges to prioritize tasks effectively
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources
* Learn and understand client systems, review, and production processes
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated
* Regularly update team members on project statuses
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods
* Maintain attention to detail to ensure brief accuracy and quality
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery
* Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn software tools used by the team to improve understanding and efficiency. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
