Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Bristol
This opportunity for a commercial real estate paralegal is with a leading real estate team in their Bristol office. The team deals all aspects of estate management work such a property investment, large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.
The Role:
* Dealing with licences to assign and licences for alterations
* Drafting deeds of variation and deeds of easement
* Preparing sale contracts and transfers for conveyancing matters
* Reviewing leases
* Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
Your Experience:
* You must have experience in real estate transactions
* Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount.
