About our London Plant:
From raw materials to finished products, our production facility is where innovation meets execution. Engineers and plant technicians work together to maintain efficiency, uphold safety, and ensure every product meets P&G's exacting quality standards - all whilst contributing to the bigger picture of delivering some of the most iconic P&G products like Fairy, Bold and Ariel that delight consumers worldwide.
The site offers easy access to the city while being situated in a well-connected industrial hub. Chafford Hundred and Grays mainline stations (C2C train line) are nearest to the site besides several bus routes. On site there is free on-site parking, a subsidized restaurant, free on-site gym, occupational health support and local events
What To Expect:
If you are offered a graduate role with our team, below are some examples of the roles and responsibilities you could have:
* Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
* Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
* Own critical Daily Management Systems – you will be entrusted from the start to own these systems and processes
* Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe.
P&G Manufacturing Career Academy
The Manufacturing Career Academy is the final step in our application process to secure yourself a graduate role with P&G It is an intensive learning course designed to challenge your business and critical thinking, networking and team building skills, in real business situations. At our Manufacturing Career Academy, you will work on a real brand case study covering all aspects of business including a presentation to a board of directors at P&G, followed by a final interview.
The Manufacturing Career Academy will be held in person in our London plant in West Thurrock, Essex on 3rd-4th December 2025.

Job Qualifications
What We Look For:
* University students who will complete their degree by Summer 2026 in any Engineering discipline. We also welcome applications from graduates who have already completed a degree.
* Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you're proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application
* Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Right to Work:
For our entry level technical roles such as this one, you will need a continuous, or temporary right to work in the UK. If your current right to work is temporary, or linked to another sponsor, P&G are willing to provide sponsorship from the end of your current permission, subject to meeting all the necessary Home Office requirements.
