Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day running of Cedar Grange.
* Lead and motivate a team of care professionals.
* Maintain high standards of resident care and care plan compliance.
* Build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
* Ensure the home operates efficiently, meeting health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a residential and nursing setting.
* Strong operational management experience.
* Valid NMC PIN.
* Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
