Are you looking for an opportunity to shape services and lead on continuous improvements?We're looking for a Service Director to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Horton Housing Association. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality housing and support services across our schemes.As a key member of SLT, you'll lead a portfolio of services, manage senior colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. You'll work collaboratively to deliver our Business Plan, champion trauma-informed and strength-based approaches, and represent Horton Housing at local, regional, and national levels.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting Heads of Service to deliver outstanding outcomesDriving strategic planning and organisational developmentEnsuring compliance with housing regulations, safeguarding, and health & safetyPreparing reports and maintaining strong relationships with our Boards and CommitteesRepresenting Horton Housing to commissioners and stakeholdersLeading service development, tenders, and new initiativesPromoting a culture of inclusion, co-production, and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForSenior-level experience in supported housing and homelessness servicesA deep understanding of the challenges faced by the people we supportProven ability to lead inclusive, person-centred service deliveryStrong knowledge of housing management, tenancy sustainment, and complianceExperience working with Local Authorities and securing fundingStrategic thinking, change management, and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh-level literacy, numeracy, and analytical capabilitiesCommitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and trauma-informed practiceWhat We're OfferingThis exciting opportunity offers a salary of £76,500 per annum, as well as car allowance and an annual bonus of up to 10% (depending on achieving agreed targets and sufficient funds available and in line with the SLT Remuneration Policy). We also offer generous annual leave entitlement of six weeks plus bank holidays, as well as an employee loan scheme and employee assistance programme.This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle that can be insured for business use.
