Job Overview:
* Own full business performance across the region, including revenue and profitability
* Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable results at account level
* Drive execution through field teams, ensuring focus on priority customers and opportunities
* Lead and align cross-functional teams around a single, clear plan
* Create clarity, pace, and accountability across the organisation
* Shape and execute market access strategy, ensuring strong engagement with healthcare systems and stakeholders
* Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities, removing barriers to delivery
* Shift the organisation from planning to consistent, high-quality execution
To be successful:
* Proven senior commercial leader with P&L ownership or equivalent business accountability
* Strong track record of personally driving performance improvement, not just contributing to strategy
* Demonstrated success delivering results through field teams and account-level execution
* Experience in market access and navigating complex healthcare systems
* Ability to simplify complexity, prioritise effectively, and focus teams on what matters
* Strong cross-functional influencer, able to align multiple teams behind delivery
* Background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with UK market experience essential
