Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract is with local authorities within the Slough and surrounding area’s.
The Role
1. All Carpentry & some multi trade works
2. Hanging doors
3. Changing locks
4. Fixing skirting
5. Kitchen fitting
6. UPVC
Skills & Experience
7. Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
8. Full UK Drivers License
9. Social Housing experience preferred
10. Relevant industry qualifications
