What you’ll be doing:
Leading end-to-end development of innovative beverage products across a variety of formats and categories.
Working closely with retail and brand customers, understanding their vision and translating it into commercially viable drinks.
Tracking emerging trends in the drinks sector, and using them to inspire new product ideas.
Managing product trials, tastings, and reformulations to ensure exceptional taste, stability, and compliance .
