Project Manager – SaaS ERP & Mobile Applications (On-Site)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the performance, planning, and delivery of our SaaS-based ERP platform and companion mobile applications. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and to the highest quality, while also supporting the successful onboarding of new customers.
You will work closely with internal development teams, stakeholders, and clients, acting as the bridge between technical delivery, business objectives and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage project performance across ERP and mobile app development initiatives
* Create detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
* Coordinate with development teams to track progress, risks, and dependencies
* Lead project planning sessions, reviews, and stakeholder updates
* Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
* Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance standards
* Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and product quality
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally within field service or field management solutions
* Demonstrated experience writing detailed SOWs and managing complex project scopes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including software developers, product, and support
* Experience with mobile application delivery
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Background in customer onboarding or implementation projects
