Your new role As a Rent Officer, you'll be responsible for managing rent accounts, supporting tenants with arrears, and ensuring income is maximised across the housing stock. You'll handle queries, set up repayment plans, monitor accounts, and work closely with housing teams to maintain strong rent collection performance. This role requires one day a week in the office, with the remainder carried out remotely. This is a temp contract until the end of April.
