About the Job
The Global Head of Data & Analytics will lead the IB’s enterprise-wide data strategy, building a high‑performing function that enables the organization to consistently generate strategic value from data. This role shapes how data is used to understand user behavior, guide investment decisions, and improve outcomes across the institution.
As the organization's senior authority on data and analytics, you will modernize core data platforms, strengthen governance and standards, and embed a culture of evidence‑based decision‑making. You’ll drive the design and operation of a global data and analytics model that delivers trusted insights, empowers business units, and ensures consistency and quality across the IB.
Operating as a key advisor to the Chief Digital Officer and senior leadership, you will influence strategic priorities, challenge assumptions through insight, and align stakeholders across a complex global organization. You will also lead a hybrid analytics model that combines centralized expertise with embedded analysts to meet both organizational and business‑specific needs.
This is a critical leadership position with organization‑wide impact—shaping the IB’s digital transformation, long‑term strategy, and the way data informs decisions at every level.
