Must Haves:
* Proven sales or business development experience
* Confidence managing client relationships, from first contact to long-term retention
* A genuine interest in IT, AV, or networks
* Strong communication and commercial awareness
* Ability to work across multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
Nice to Haves:
* Experience in the events, exhibitions, or live experiences industry
* Understanding of temporary tech setups (WiFi, networking, AV)
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
* Willingness to attend occasional weekend events
So, what will you be doing?
* Building and managing key client partnerships
* Generating new business across the live events and tech space
* Attending industry events and exhibitions
* Creating tailored proposals and closing deals
* Supporting project delivery and acting as a key liaison between sales and ops
* Forecasting and hitting commercial targets
* Occasionally attending live events to support client relationships
