Legal Secretary – Conveyancing

A well-established law firm in Dungannon is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its growing Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, client‑focused environment and is confident supporting a single fee earner with all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full secretarial support to one fee earner within the conveyancing department
* Audio typing/dictation to a high standard
* Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
* Managing LandWeb applications and registrations
* Handling client queries professionally via telephone and email
* Opening, maintaining, and closing files
* Diary management, scheduling appointments, and general administrative duties
About You:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing
* Strong dictation/audio typing skills
* Confident using LandWeb
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional, personable, and able to manage workload independently
