They’re now looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join the team. Someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and getting under the skin of how technology supports a business that’s scaling worldwide.

The Role
You’ll report directly to the IT Manager and work alongside a forward-thinking team that’s driving digital change across the organisation.
Your role sits at the intersection of IT, data, and systems.
One day you’ll be troubleshooting user issues, the next you’ll be building a Power BI dashboard or tweaking SQL reports from the ERP.
The work is broad, interesting, and perfect for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between data, systems, and people.
This role is primarily onsite in the West Midlands, with flexibility for occasional home working
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line IT support to internal users, escalating technical issues to the external MSP when required
* Support, maintain, and enhance the company’s ERP system (Made2Manage)
* Create and maintain SQL-based and Excel-based reports, with growing use of Power BI for data visualisation
* Help develop and manage Teams and SharePoint for improved collaboration and information sharing
* Assist with the upcoming ERP cloud migration and future system upgrades
* User Training
* Deliver training and guidance to help colleagues use systems effectively
* Manage onboarding and offboarding of users, including account setup, access control, license management, and deprovisioning
About You
You’ve already built a strong foundation in IT systems or support and you’re curious about how technology and data improve business performance.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — this company values learning potential and initiative.
What matters is that you’re logical, proactive, and eager to grow your knowledge across ERP, reporting, and Microsoft 365 tools.
You’ll need:
* Experience in IT or systems support within a business setting
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams and SharePoint
* Some familiarity with SQL databases and reporting
* Strong Excel skills
* Interest or basic experience in Power BI
Bonus points for:
* ERP experience (Made2Manage, SAP, Epicor, or similar)
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automotive environments
* Exposure to cloud migrations or system upgrades

* Confident one-to-one interaction with users and stakeholders at all levels
* Clear communication in team environments, including presenting updates and delivering group training
* Ability to translate technical detail into simple, actionable language
