Role Overview:
Avvio Reply is a creative agency specialising in employee experience and internal communications. We are seeking a Digital Manager to lead digital delivery across the agency and drive growth in our digital offerings. The role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to launch, collaborating with Account Managers, Designers, and Developers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and accessible digital solutions. This position is based in Wokingham.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from brief to launch and optimisation.
2. Act as the primary contact for digital delivery, aligning stakeholders and managing risks, dependencies, and issues.
3. Develop project plans, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and efficient workflows.
4. Collaborate with creative teams to develop digital proposals and translate creative concepts into scalable technical solutions.
5. Oversee designers, developers, and vendors to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performance-driven digital experiences.
6. Drive process improvements and evaluate the integration of AI and new technologies, including presenting to clients and mentoring team members.
7. Demonstrated experience delivering digital projects within a fast-paced agency environment, with a focus on practical execution.
8. Solid understanding of modern web technologies and frontend best practices, including responsive design and accessibility standards.
9. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Proven experience managing project estimations, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects.
11. Experience with platforms related to learning & development, gamification, or employee communications is highly desirable.
12. Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality digital outcomes.
