From efficient generators to fuel management services and innovative power accessories, we tailor our solutions to fit the unique needs of our clients across various industries.

With a core range of more than 2,400 generators and loadbanks between 6kVA and 800kVA, including diesel, battery storage units, and solar, we're sure to have the solution to suit their needs. We also provide a full range of ancillary products, including fluid storage tanks, distribution boards, power cabling, and specialist anti-vandal storage containers.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with confidence: Present to major clients and collaborate with senior leadership to win and grow business.
Be the go-to problem solver: Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with expertise and professionalism.
Drive results: Plan and participate in customer meetings, ensuring that at least 60% of your time is dedicated to being in the field to foster strong relationships.
Grow accounts: Open new accounts and promote cutting-edge products to expand our presence in the industry
Make an impact: Collaborate with our regional managers and directors to develop strategies that take our accounts to the next level.
Tender Documentation: Manage customer tender documentation in collaboration with senior leadership.
Review Accounts: Conduct regular reviews, site surveys, and client-specific training.
New Product promotion: Promote new products and services where necessary.
Account Query handling: Assist with account management, ensuring clients adhere to credit limits and resolving account queries.

Skills & Experience

Sales Expertise: Proven experience in major account management, ideally within the power, energy, or construction sectors, but we will look at applications within the rental industry. You should have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while managing high-value client relationships.
Technical Knowledge: Ideally you will have a good understanding of power generation equipment, including generators, loadbanks, and ancillary products like fluid storage tanks, distribution boards, and power cabling. Familiarity with diesel, battery storage, and solar power solutions is an advantage.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' specific energy needs. Experience in managing multiple accounts and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
Commercial Awareness: Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs from a commercial perspective, identifying opportunities to add value and provide innovative solutions.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. You should be able to present complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Project Management: Experience in overseeing the end-to-end sales process, from initial consultation and free surveys to product installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
