About the Role / Opportunity
This Partnerships Lead role sits at the centre of a high-growth AI platform transforming compliance and onboarding for enterprise financial institutions. Strong early traction, major enterprise logos already onboarded, and fresh funding.
You’ll take ownership of an existing partner ecosystem while building new strategic relationships that unlock access to high-value enterprise customers and drive long-term commercial impact.
* Manage and grow existing commercial partnerships to drive incremental revenue.
* Identify and secure new strategic partnerships across key markets and industries.
* Own partnership conversations end-to-end, from initial outreach through to negotiation and close.
* Build a structured partnerships function that consistently generates high-quality pipeline.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure successful partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of experience in partnerships within a data-driven or SaaS environment.
* Proven track record of sourcing and closing commercial partnerships with enterprise organisations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging both internally and externally.
* Experience building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with complex organisations.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, and technical teams.
* Existing network across business data, finance, banking, or related verticals.
* Humble, coachable, and ambitious, with a focus on long-term impact.
