About the Role
This role will involve building relationships with patients, communicating regularly prior to and following their treatment, and assisting in patient consultations. You will also be responsible for scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check, and accurately maintaining patient records.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment.
* Assist in patient consultations, including introducing patients to their optometrist.
* Scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check.
* Accurately maintain patient records, including scheduling treatment dates and discussing finance options.
