The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced safeguarding professional with a strong commitment to promoting the welfare and safety of students. They will have experience of working with children and young people who may face emotional, behavioural or social challenges and will be confident in managing safeguarding concerns and building positive relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies.
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and the confidence to contribute effectively to multi agency safeguarding processes. The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and support a strong safeguarding culture across the academy. They will demonstrate professionalism, integrity and accountability at all times, align with the values and ethos of the Trust and show a commitment to continuous professional development and inclusive practice.
