Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a Finished Goods Quality Inspector Our client is a well-established company based in Dewsbury, they offer an opportunity to join a great team in a pleasant work environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role requires you to take all finished goods and get them quality checked ready to be dispatched. It's a physically demanding role, our client manufactures furniture, which will need wrapping and moving within the factory. Job Purpose: * There are no Fork Lift Trucks on the shop floor, which means all finished products need to be moved manually. * Take care, to move furniture without causing any damage and wrap them to protect them in transit. * To complete work to a high-quality standard, whilst meeting deadlines. * To work with the production team to achieve the production schedule. * To observe company operational procedures / standards and individual customer requirements. * To get finished items, from the manufacturing area, quality inspected, wrapped and stored. to fulfil orders ready for dispatch. * To observe Health and Safety regulations, being careful to look after yourself and others whilst at work. * Work with supervisors and management to implement plans for continuous improvement in the factory and comply with the manufacturing and Quality standards required.
