The Trust upholds core values of Compassion, Openness, and Excellence, which are embedded in their culture. Benefits for the successful candidate include flexible working options, professional and leadership development opportunities, ongoing support from recruitment through onboarding, and staff benefits such as employee assistance programmes, discounted gym memberships, onsite fitness classes, and car schemes.

The role involves undertaking clinics (including paediatrics and adult services), approximately 2.5 theatre sessions per week supervised by Consultants, participating in teaching and training duties, and engaging in departmental clinical audits. The appointee will also support the maintenance and presentation of the Head and Neck database.
