You'll be embedded in a collaborative, forward thinking team, working closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure our products are intuitive, impactful and align with real world needs. What you'll be doing Be the voice of the customer, translating needs into Epics, features, and user stories that drive meaningful development Collaborate across teams to shape the future of our core software products (CMI, MEP, SMK & E2) Build and manage backlogs, ensuring improvements are prioritised and delivered with purpose. Use data and insight to influence decisions and drive strategic direction. Support development, testing and third-party partners with clear, actionable guidance. Bring clarity to complexity through process mapping (Primarily event storming), wireframes, and user journey design. What you bring: Experience in business process modelling (BPM) and tools like Visio. A user-first mindset with the ability to create wireframes/mock-ups (Axure knowledge or experience using balsamiq are a plus) Strong analytical skills and a knack for turning insight into action. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative, adaptable approach.
