Job Title: HR & People Administrator
Salary: £26,000-£27,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Location: Alcester
Length: 3 months +
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused People & HR Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our HR and compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records, and supporting employee life-cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities

o Provide administrative support across the full employee life-cycle (on-boarding to off-boarding)
*
o Prepare employment documentation
*
o Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
*
o Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
*
o Assist with absence tracking, holidays and general HR queries
*
o Maintain compliance records and ensure documentation is up to date
*
o Track training, certifications and right-to-work documentation
*
o Support internal audits and compliance checks
*
o Monitor key HR and compliance deadlines and renewals
*
o Support the upkeep of company policies and procedures
*
o Prepare reports, spreadsheets and HR data
*
o Support the wider People team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

o Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or compliance
*
o Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*
o Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
*
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
*
o Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
