We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead (Public Sector) to spearhead the Marketing initiatives in the public sector. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the Telco's public affairs engagement, campaign strategies, and communication efforts with government entities and industry bodies.

What is required for the role:
Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational)
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
o Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public sector marketing, public relations, or public affairs.
o Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry is highly desirable.
Skills / Knowledge required
o Broad Marketing Skills:
o Extensive experience in public relations, public affairs, and communications within a B2B corporate setting.
o Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
o Public Sector Expertise:
o Proven track record of engaging with government entities, local authorities, and industry bodies.
o Familiarity with telecom regulations, policies, and industry trends.
o Excellent Communication Skills:
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and impactful messages.
o Strong copywriting skills for creating thought leadership content, press releases, and policy submissions.

o Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, media personnel, and industry leaders.
