✨ What You’ll Do
Lead Global HR Digital Transformation
* ⭐ Drive product planning, design, and development for overseas HR digitalization—including workforce planning, org design, performance, and talent development.
* 🔍 Conduct competitive analysis, research industry trends, map business processes, and identify user needs.
* 🧭 Convert business requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, and high-impact functional designs.
* 🤝 Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to bring HR technology products from concept to successful launch.
* 📊 Analyse operational data and user feedback to continuously enhance product performance and experience.
💡 What You Bring
* 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above, with 10+ years of HR or HR project experience and 5+ years of overseas HRIS/HR tech implementation.
* 🌐 Hands-on experience with global HR systems — Workday expertise strongly preferred.
* 🚀 Solid product foundation and proven experience building HR products from 0→1.
* 🗣 Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across cultures and regions.
* 🌏 Experience driving HR digital transformation within multinational or overseas organisations.
* 💬 Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
