Role Overview
Senior Clinical Practitioner – Nottingham CityCare Partnership
As a clinician‑led senior practitioner, you will provide assessment and treatment to patients with urgent but non life‑threatening conditions at the Urgent Treatment Centre. Your expertise will support the development of a multidisciplinary team and enhance patient care throughout the service.
Working Hours & Conditions
Flexible 365‑day schedule with shift work ranging from 06:45 am to 10:00 pm. The post is 28 hrs per week (112 hrs over 4 weeks) and requires willingness to work across a variety of clinical settings.
Responsibilities
* Provide face‑to‑face assessment and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions.
* Deliver secure, efficient and patient‑centred care across primary, secondary and tertiary pathways.
* Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and offer guidance to junior clinicians.
* Participate in reflective supervision led by Clinical Leads.
* Support the training of students and professionals in nursing, pharmacy, medicine and paramedicine.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, etc.) with a current NMC register.
* Qualified Non‑Medical Prescriber (V300).
* Recognised teaching or mentoring qualification, or willingness to develop this skill.
* Right to work in the UK.
