Our client specialises in Critical Environments, including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High-Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics. We are seeking a talented and motivated BIM Technician to join a high-performance operations department. In this role, you will be a key collaborator, working alongside commercial teams, contract managers, design teams, and project directors to deliver world-class digital construction solutions. As a BIM Technician, you will assist the BIM Lead in producing high-quality BIM content that adheres to industry standards and exceeds client expectations. BIM Technician Responsibilities: Produce detailed 3D BIM models in line with specific project requirements. Develop BIM modeling content, including the setup of Revit families and project templates. Develop construction drawings and extract precise data from models for site use. Maintain and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE). Carry out conformity checks on Revit models to ensure data integrity. Assist in identifying clash detections on federated models using Navisworks. Monitor the implementation of project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Liaise with sub-contractors and design teams to align on digital objectives. Support tender returns by creating logistics and planning models/drawings. BIM Technician Requirements: A Degree in Building Information Modelling (Level 7/8) or a related Engineering/Architecture degree is preferred. Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. 1–2 years of experience in a related field. Experience with a Main Contractor in build or fit-out projects is a distinct advantage. A solid understanding of BIM procedures, protocols, and data management tools. A self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment. Ability to exercise good judgment under pressure while remaining patient and flexible.
