The Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in marketing who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will work closely with our marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns, create content, and support the promotion of Clip 'n Climb worldwide. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, helping to grow our brand while building a strong foundation for your own career.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
· Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
· Support the management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
· Help update and maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM records.
· Assist with the coordination of trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
· Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and suppliers where needed.
· Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Skills & Qualifications
· A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong interest in developing a career in marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow.
· Good writing and communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging content.
· Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
· Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a bonus.
· No prior work experience required — just enthusiasm, creativity, and the drive to succeed.
