About the role
The traditional consulting model is exploitative and presents significant issues, with
quality & retention. Our focus is to create value add services and monopolise over these preexisting
issues, by providing the best SME teams, within lean and creative services. With our 20 years of technology services across Canada, US, UK & Europe, we know what good looks like for our clients and we can move very quickly to help support speed to scale. We flex how we operate with our clients needs, with how and what they want within the right service and management of.
This role is a very exciting opportunity to strategically own how our services
operations, ownership of our deliver workforce culture, engaging closely with our clients to develop the right roadmap for Caspian One to scale. We have over 40 Managed services agreements with some of the largest Investment Banks, hedge funds, FinTech, Telco's and Broadcasters. The majority of our biggest clients, have been partnered with Caspian One for well over a decade.
Our Services
Grad programme management - Managing the overall governance and strategy of our
technology graduate programme. We have a prestigious and leading technology tutor assigned
as well as some of the best SME engineers in part of the mentorship, with a need for strategic oversight for scale across regions and new technology sectors.
Staff Aug - Predominately focusing on our 4 biggest Investment banking clients.
Building relationships with our key client's business management teams &
chief of staff contacts. Typically, that would be managing the current supply
order contracts, workforce re-deployment, budgets, and future resource
pipeline. Supporting on initiatives in; location deployment, asesing levels,
skills, services, supply order contracts, rate cards, conversions.
Management outcomes - managing change requests, reporting on deliverables,
setting up SOWs and general PM of issues
