Job Description
* Design, verification, and simulation of CMOS Analog blocks, in collaboration with team members.
* Develop expertise in design skills, utilizing best practices and seeking continuous improvement.
* Take a proactive approach to driving your own development plan, utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.
* Work closely with Layout Engineers to develop key Layout skills.
* Work closely with Applications Engineers to evaluate your own design blocks in the lab to develop key evaluation skills.
* Produce high-quality documentation for your IP blocks.
* Develop and refine organizational skills to ensure project schedules are met.
* Contribute to verification tasks, where appropriate.
* Perform any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.
Qualifications
* Typically 0-2 years of experience.
* Apply policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
* Desire for continued learning and development.
* Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
* Results-oriented with the ability to deliver on time under tight schedules.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
* Excellent command of verbal and written English.

* Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.
