Skills Required: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role within a used car supermarket environment. Skills: Proven ability to close sales, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a sales team.
