About this role:

We have a great role in our International Sales team as Account Manager! Here you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and maintaining customer excellence through the strategic account management of international school customers.

You'll focus on building and nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring high retention rates, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.

International Sales Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

* Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning
* Achieve assigned revenue targets through renewal management and growth opportunities
* Develop and execute account strategies to maximise product adoption and usage
* Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
* Ensure customers maximise the value of their Renaissance products through effective utilisation
* Ensure successful product implementation and adoption
* Identify and coordinate training requirements with internal teams
* Provide timely resolution to customer enquiries and escalations
* Monitor customer usage patterns and provide recommendations for optimisation
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
* Track and report on key performance metrics (retention rates, customer satisfaction, revenue growth)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

Skills and experience you can bring

To be considered for the role of International Sales Account Manager we are looking for an experienced sales account management professional who has a proven track record of operating in highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting objectives and key results (OKRs), and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment who has strong customer account management skills.

* Experience in account management, preferably in education technology
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and sales systems (i.e. Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach)
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

As our International Sales Account Manager, we are looking for someone who aligns with Renaissance's mission to accelerate learning for all children and adults of all ability levels and ethnic and social backgrounds, worldwide, we are looking for:

* Excellent organisational, planning, time management and project management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, present and negotiate at all levels
* Focused and disciplined approach, logical and has meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to instil a high level of credibility and build strong internal working relationships
* Flexible approach; ability to adapt to different situations and requirements
* A positive outlook with desire to learn and embrace new concepts and ways of working
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to quickly assimilate extensive product and market knowledge

Additional information:

This is role is a London based role, all candidates must reside and hold the right to work in the United Kingdom. (Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this position).

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with the opportunity annually to earn £20,000 in commission. Plus lots of amazing benefits.

This role will be based out of our London Head Office currently in Brentford (Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG) on a Hybrid Basis (3 Days a week, in office and 2 Days working from home) Please note the London office is due to move in early 2026 to a South West London location.
