Job Title: Principle Endur Front Office BA
Job Location: Remote or Canary Wharf
Contract Length: Until 31st December 2025 (Possibility of extension)

Role Overview:
Endur Tech Engineer to work on Front and Mid Office elements for our Power Trading team. This role will be working in the power business relating to the trade and management of power generation assets, including wind, solar, batteries, and CCG power stations. The team will support systems enabling trading decisions, trade execution, and risk management, as well as implementing operating models to manage these assets by interfacing new systems and data feeds (national grid, power auctions, weather forecasts) into existing trading and risk management systems (ETRMs). The primary responsibility will be implementing these changes on the ETRM (Endur Openlink).
What you will have:
* Hands-on experience implementing and extending features in OpenLink Endur
* Experience working on Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets.
* Ability to work independently as a BA lead and support other BAs on projects.
* Experience working across all areas of the trading floor of Front/Mid/Back office, with a focus on Front and Mid.
* Expertise in non-linear instruments in a Commodity/Energy Trading environment and their representation in Openlink Endur.
* Comfort in liaising with Traders and Quant developers on option pricing models, including complex cross-commodity physical options such as gas & power swing, tolling, etc.
* Experience with Endur configuration for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing, and scheduling.
* Proven problem-solving skills within a transparent change control mechanism.
* Understanding of Endur Reporting architecture, including core Risk simulation results and modules like APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, and EOD Workflows.
* Knowledge of Endur deployment procedures, including CMM import/export and cloud DevOps.
* Experience working with business analysts and traders to elaborate requirements and implement solutions.
* Ability to implement testing regimes to ensure solution quality.
* Experience working with hybrid teams (internal & external) using scrum methodology where relevant.
* Strong communication skills for operating across complex business environments and stakeholders up to senior executive level.
* Familiarity with analytical software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach.
* Experience with agile delivery.
* Experience in global power markets.
* Experience in complex contracts and power purchase agreement modelling, including deal valuation and asset performance reporting.
* Experience in power asset optimization and tolling agreements modelling.
