We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive significant transformation within our IT department, transitioning it into a more agile, product and platform-oriented operation.
This high-impact role involves direct collaboration with IT Directors and alignment with the Transformation Director through the Head of Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy and/or Business Architecture, capable of driving change and establishing best practices across key functions.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Luton. (Hybrid Working)
What You'll Be Doing
* Integrated Business Planning: Define and evolve strategy, vision, service catalogue, and processes for Integrated Business Planning, focusing on aligning outcomes and enhancing oversight.
* Cross-domain Planning: Design and implement frameworks for cross-domain planning and dependency management, refining processes based on feedback.
* Demand Management & Prioritisation: Standardise demand management processes and develop mechanisms for backlog prioritisation across various domains.
* Funding Model: Evaluate and monitor a newly designed funding model, participating in continuous improvement forums.
* Tooling: Assess and identify requirements for new tools or improvements to existing systems, documenting user stories and scenarios.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally from a consulting or business architecture background.
* Expertise in Agile/Product & Platform/Hybrid operating models.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across diverse domains.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
