The Clinical Team
The multidisciplinary team includes:
* GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners
* Prescribing Pharmacists

The team is led by an experienced GP Partner who also serves as the Clinical Director of the local Primary Care Network.

The Role

* Supporting the education and supervision of trainees (where applicable)
* Contributing to clinical meetings and service improvement initiatives
