We are seeking a Deputy Director of Performance, Planning and Insights at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity places you in a key leadership role within our Transformation, Improvement and Productivity directorate.

Responsibilities
* Drive the Trust’s strategic vision through the integration and optimisation of performance management, business planning, improvement, intelligence, and project management functions.
* Embed planning, assurance and transformation systems that align with the Trust’s Better Lives, Together Strategy and respond to the evolving healthcare landscape.
* Lead a senior team of functional experts across Business Intelligence, Project Management Office, Improvement & Innovation, Business Support, and Business Development to foster a high‑performance culture underpinned by the Care Trust Way principles.
* Position the Trust to remain agile, accountable and innovative by building strong cross‑organisational and system‑level relationships.
* Embed a culture of data maturity, continuous learning and system leadership so that all levels of the organisation use data and insights to deliver compassionate care, drive sustainable change and improve outcomes for service users, carers and staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Legal right to work and reside in the United Kingdom during the duration of employment.
* Applicants requiring a UK visa will be considered for roles that permit Trust sponsorship; the Trust is only able to offer sponsorship for registered healthcare practitioner roles.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement experience in a senior NHS or health‑care setting.
* Knowledge of performance improvement, business intelligence, and project management frameworks.
