Job Title: Consultant in Adult Psychiatry

Working Hours: 40 per week

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for an immediate start, for a short-term contract.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct psychiatric assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses.
* Prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
* Provide consultation and support to primary care providers, community mental health teams, and other stakeholders involved in adult mental health care.
* Participate in service development, quality improvement projects, and research activities to improve mental health services.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Full GMC license to practice
* Relevant experience in adult psychiatry
* Section 12/RC approval is essential
* Approved clinician status is desirable but not mandatory
